You can find local markets and producers in a few easy ways:
- Visit our Producers page and use the search bar to enter your city or state
- Use the dropdown filters to select your state and/or specific products you're interested in
- Browse all listings to discover options you might not have considered
Our Map feature (coming soon) will also allow you to visually explore options near you.
Is the information on LocalFarm2Table up to date?
We strive to maintain accurate information, but farm details can change. Each listing includes direct contact information so you can verify current products, hours, and availability directly with the producer. If you notice outdated information, please contact us.
Which states are currently covered on LocalFarm2Table?
We currently focus on Texas and Oklahoma, but we're actively expanding to include more states. If you're a producer from another state, you're still welcome to submit your listing as we grow!
How do I list my farm or market on LocalFarm2Table?
Listing your farm or market is simple and free! Visit our Submit Your Farm page and fill out the form with your details. Once submitted, we'll review your information and add it to our directory, typically within 1-3 business days.
Does it cost anything to list my farm?
No, listing your farm or market on LocalFarm2Table is completely free. We're committed to supporting local food economies and connecting producers with consumers without barriers.
Can I update my listing information?
Yes! If your products, hours, contact information, or other details change, simply contact us with your updated information, and we'll make the changes promptly.
Do you verify farm listings?
While we don't conduct on-site visits, we do perform basic verification of submitted listings. We encourage transparency between producers and consumers, and we reserve the right to remove listings that receive consistent negative feedback or are found to be misrepresenting their products or practices.
How do I contact a farm or market?
Each listing includes contact information provided by the producer, typically an email address. Simply reach out directly to inquire about products, availability, pickup or delivery options, and any other questions you might have.
Does LocalFarm2Table sell any products?
No, we don't sell products or process transactions. We're a directory that connects you directly with local producers. All purchases, arrangements, and transactions are conducted between you and the producer or market.
How can I be sure of the quality of products?
We recommend asking producers about their growing practices, certifications, and handling procedures. Many small-scale producers welcome visitors to their farms or offer samples at markets. Building direct relationships with your food producers is one of the great benefits of buying local!
What if I have a problem with a producer I found through LocalFarm2Table?
We recommend first addressing any concerns directly with the producer. If you believe a listing is fraudulent or consistently misrepresenting their products, please let us know so we can investigate.
